Transportation

The most common way to reach Tigre from Buenos Aires is by train. Take the Tren de la Costa from Maipu station (connected to Line D of the Buenos Aires subway at Mitre station) to the final stop, Tigre. Alternatively, you can take the Tren Mitre from Retiro station to Tigre station. Several bus lines also connect Buenos Aires to Tigre, including bus number 60. Once in Tigre, you can access the Delta islands by boat from the Fluvial Station.
